Giving from the UK

You can make a donation to the Kennedy Memorial Trust in the following ways:

  • Make a single gift by Credit Card or PayPal. You can donate to the Kennedy Memorial Trust by credit card or Paypal through the Charities Aid Foundation. Please go to the Kennedy Trust's CAF page here, or click on the "Donate by Credit Card" link below.
  • Make a single gift by cheque or Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) voucher. Please download a donation form and return with your cheque/CAF voucher to Emily Charnock, 3 Birdcage Walk, London SW1H 9JJ. If you wish to make a bank transfer, please email us for the Trust’s bank details.
  • Set up a regular Standing Order. You can either set this up via your online banking or via the Trust's CAF page (you can set up a direct debit via the "I'd like to give regularly" option). Alternatively, you can request that we set up a standing order on your behalf by returning a donation form to the above address. Regular giving is especially welcome as it helps us to plan our budget year on year.
  • Make a gift of shares. This is one of the most attractive methods of charitable giving as it can reduce both income tax and capital gains liability for donors. Please contact us if you would like to discuss making a gift of shares.

Gift Aid

The Kennedy Memorial Trust is a Registered Charity (No:  234715) so it is possible, if you pay UK income tax, to add 25% to the value of your gift at no extra cost to you. To enable us to claim Gift Aid, please complete and return the Gift Aid Declaration on the donation form. If you are a higher rate or additional rate taxpayer you can also claim back the difference from the basic tax rate on your donation, should you choose. Alternatively, it is possible for higher/additional rate taxpayers to donate that tax rebate via their self-assessment forms. Under these circumstances, a gift of £100 can be worth more than £150 to the Trust.
